Campus Placement In pandemic situation at IPS Academy

The Central Placement Cell  at IPS Academy works round the year to bring more than 400 hundred plus nationally recognized Companies every year for undergraduates and Postgraduate students. 

Digitizing of the campus recruitment process was in place even before Covid 19 Situation arrived and 20 % placements each year anyway used to happen virtually. So in the current situation, moving to a 100 % virtual hiring process was easier for us.

Placement has been the way of life at IPS Academy. Even in Covid times, multiple companies have been regularly hiring from IPS Academy. 

The key behind this success is since unlocking we were first amongst all the other institutions to start working from office. Since the pandemic began we have doubled the efforts in reaching out to the right recruiter and a positive mindset to fulfill dreams of our final year students.

IPS Academy started Campus Placement of 2021 Batch with a bang and out shined itself. Highest package offered till now is of 33.5 Lakhs. We have got Capgemini, a Global Brand as our Day 1 recruiter. We have got 55 plus companies since the upliftment of lockdown for our students of 2020 and 2021 Batch. 

To name a few, global companies like Capgemini, Teksystems, Bajaj Finserv, Juspay, Goldman Sachs, Accolite, L & T Construction, Byjus, Nestle, Colgate Palmolive, Asian Paints, Virtusa, DCB Bank, Kantar, Saama Technologies and many more have given opportunities to our students in past few months. 

Top IT, Consulting, Pharma, FMCG, Banking, E-Commerce, Edutech Companies are hiring from IPS Academy right now. Sectors like Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Retail and Logistics have delayed hiring plans and opted for technology-enabled services as an alternative to maintain the pace of productivity.

With the coronavirus pandemic wreaking havoc on businesses, jobs opportunities are fading and people are being laid off. Even top institutes in India and abroad are struggling to get companies for campus recruitment. Many companies have put their hiring plans on hold or postponed till March 2021. MNCs are revisiting their hiring plans and for certain companies hiring number has dropped up to 60-65 % due to Covid 19 Situation.
