Career Opportunities In Computer Application:

After earning a degree in computer application from a reputed university, there are a plethora of job opportunities available in the market for positions such as System analysts, Systems Designers, Programmers, and Managers in any field related to information technology.

Some of the major recruiters for courses after MCA are software giants like  TCS, NIIT, Capgemini and Accenture which come to recruit students for jobs through campus placements and provide impressive salary packages.

During the initial time of joining, candidates are provided with a few months of training wherein they work on Live projects.

Choosing the Best College:

There are many institutes offering the computing/IT courses, but selecting the best institutes requires one to know more about the institute on the basis of variety of points that helps the students to make an informed decision that would enable them to enhance their technical, analytical, interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.

The thumb rule that helps in selecting the best institutes while remembering the current scenario are follows:

Electives:
To supplement the core, elective subjects must be offered to provide a better understanding of the technology behind the applications of computing.

Industry Projects:
To prepare the students for technical positions in the software industry and to give the necessary hands-on practical experience, the curriculum should include 4-6 months of professional training in the industry.

Assignments:
Along with the theory courses, assignments should be given to hone the students' analytical and problem solving skills. The assignments provide an opportunity for students to apply the knowledge and skills towards practical problems and think of solutions.

  1. Amenities:

Laboratory:
The students should be given a thorough exposure of the hardware/software of the computer through experiments conducted on various digital devices and microprocessors for underpinning their concepts.

Central Placement Cell

The main endeavor of CPC is to get students placed in reputed multinationals companies. All students registered with CPC must be provided placement assistance, counseling for employment. The CPC must prepare the students through various endeavours and activities so that they gain an understanding of the world of work.

Scholarships: Scholarship scheme should be another factor to look out for. IPS Academy emerges as the best MCA college in MP for this reasonIt offers several scholarship schemes that make the total cost of study affordable for deserving students.

Alumni Network: Alumni Networks boost great connectivity and benefits for each batch of students. Sharing their knowledge and experience via talks, videos and newsletter, the Alumni members  help current students learn to deal with the world of work. Alumni Gatherings help members connect and network with each other for added growth.
