The Department of Humanities is a centralized department. Faculty members from the department teach English and Hindi language as well as literature to the students of various courses being run by different institutes of the Academy. In addition to this, faculty members also take care of the overall development of the students by implying numerous innovative ways to develop four basic skills of communication-Listening, Speaking, Reading and writing. The Department has well equipped language lab for the students where various language learning and teaching activities are conducted. In addition to teaching, faculty members regularly organize different activities for the students. The department also organizes workshops and seminars on various topics for the enhancement of faculty members. The rich outcome of research endeavors can be seen in the large number of articles published by faculty members in reputed national and international journals.
